Sergio’s Style maintains the right to deny service to anyone who disrespects our policies, facilities, stylists, or clients.


If you need to change your appointment we ask you do so 24 hours prior to your service. We will call/text the day before to confirm your scheduled appointment. If you need to adjust your scheduled appointment please do so then. This gives us the opportunity to fill that time slot with another guest. If you cancel within the 24 hour period or no-show the appointment you will be asked to leave a credit card to hold your future appointments. Once you are asked to leave your credit card, know that:

  • If you cancel within 24 hours you will be charged 50% of the services scheduled.

  • If you do no-show you will be charged 100% of the services scheduled.

Running Late

D%#$ traffic! Who knows when it will be good or bad? Here is a tip, we live in Pittsburgh, so it’s always bad. If you do find yourself running late, give us a call. Chances are if you are only 15 minutes behind just get to us safely and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. (Lash services may have to be shortened) We reserve the right to reschedule all or some of your services.


Consultations are complimentary and help the stylist to understand the clients needs and wants. This also allows the stylist to properly discuss pricing and timing for the appointment.

Service Guarantee

Sergio’s Style guarantees all services for 10 days. If you are not fully satisfied with a service you have received, call us within that timeframe and we will be happy to make any adjustments needed to achieve the look originally agreed upon during the original visit. No refunds will be issued. Changing your mind is your prerogative, but requesting a new look will be considered a new service and charged accordingly. It is essential that the appropriate Paul Mitchell shampoo, conditioners, and styling aids are used to maintain the vitality of our color. All color services not maintained with the recommended products cannot be guaranteed. If you cancel or no-show the appointment you forgo the service.


We ask that you show up 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. These appointments are for a set time and showing up late will take away from your service time.

Product Return

With a valid receipt, unused or unsatisfactory product can be returned for a full refund within 15 days of purchase or for exchange within 30 days of purchase.


Sergio’s Style accepts cash, credit cards, or personal checks. There is a $30 returned-check fee.
